6. Fulfillment of Printed Materials

Printed products are fulfilled through trusted third-party partners, including Amazon and Lulu Direct. Depending on the item and your location:

• Some orders will be processed and shipped via Amazon fulfillment services.

• Others will be printed and shipped via Lulu Direct print-on-demand services.

You acknowledge that by ordering any printed materials, you agree to these third-party fulfillment terms and understand that no refunds or returns are permitted once an order has been placed.
