Chris Soloc
Founder & Lead Pastor
Chris is the CEO and Founder of Faith-Based Ministries, Lead Pastor of Immersion Church since 2018, and the author of the discipleship program The Follow Project.
With ten years of experience in ministry, Chris has served in a variety of roles—from church leadership and teaching to international missions and pastoral counseling. His passion for helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus led to the founding of Faith-Based Ministries, an organization committed to providing clear, practical tools that equip believers to understand Scripture, cultivate spiritual maturity, and step confidently into their purpose.
Through teaching, writing, and developing resources like The Follow Project, Chris is dedicated to empowering the body of Christ to live out their faith with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Shannon Stiggins
Creative Director & Community Manager
Shannon oversees video production, book design, technology, and creative strategy at The Follow Project, helping share the message of Jesus in ways that are clear, beautiful, and impactful.
As Community Lead, Shannon is dedicated to building a welcoming space where people can grow, connect, and be encouraged in their faith journey. In the role of Assistant to the CEO, Shannon supports the leadership team and ensures that every project stays aligned with the mission.
With a background in digital media, storytelling, and design, Shannon is passionate about creating resources and experiences that inspire deeper faith and equip believers to walk out their purpose. It’s an honor to serve and help bring this work to life.
