Return & Refund Policy

At The Follow Project, our books are printed on demand through our fulfillment partner. Because each item is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges.

We gladly provide replacements or refunds if your order arrives with any of the following issues:

  • The book is damaged in transit

  • There is a printing or manufacturing error

  • You received the wrong product

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you experience any of the issues above, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Books without defects or damage

  • Items ordered incorrectly (wrong title, format, or quantity)

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

Because our products are made-to-order, we are unable to resell returned items.
